You need to follow following steps in order to transfer license from one computer to another.

1. Backup your data, settings and databases

2. Deactivate license from your existing computer (Help->Deactivate). On successful deactivation, you will be provided a deactivation code. Note down this code.

3. Now install same version on the new computer.

4. Reactivate software from Help->Reactivate option. On reactivation screen, provide the deactivation code provided in Step 2.

5. Restore your settings, data, and databases.

Please note that currently license transfer one in a month is provided free of cost. If you need to transfer license more than once in 30 days, then please contact support. This may cost additional charges.
